What is Circle?
Circle is the online community platform where members can access resources, connect with other members, participate in discussions, and stay updated with important announcements.
Unlike traditional social media platforms, Circle is designed specifically for communities and allows us to create an organized space where members can connect, learn, and access resources.
With Circle, you can:
- Participate in community discussions
- Connect with other members
- Access training resources and materials
- Join live events and calls
- Find important announcements and updates
- Search for answers and previous conversations
Everything is organized into different Spaces, making it easier to find the information you need.
Instead of managing multiple platforms, Circle allows you to access your community experience in one centralized location!
How do I download the mobile app?
You can access our Community from your mobile device using the Circle mobile app.
Download the Circle App:

After downloading the app:
- Open the Circle app.
- Log in using the email address associated with your community membership.
- Enter the password you created when joining the community.
Having trouble logging in?
If you are unable to access your account, please try resetting your password first.
- Click on “Forgot Password” on the Circle login page.
- Enter the email address you used when you created your Circle account.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.
If you still cannot access your account after resetting your password, please submit a ticket here: https://support.mikesherrard.com/ and include:
- The email address associated with your Circle account
- A screenshot of any error message (if applicable)
- Any steps you have already tried
How to Set Up Your Circle Profile?
Setting up your Circle profile helps other members get to know you and makes it easier to connect with people in the community.
To update your profile:
- Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Select Edit Profile.
From there, you can update:
- Profile Photo: Add a clear headshot so members can easily recognize you.
- Headline: Add a short description of who you are and what you do.
- Bio: Share more about yourself, your business, and your goals.
- Time Zone: Make sure your timezone is correct so event times display correctly.
- Additional Info: Add your location, website, or social media links (optional).
- Privacy Settings: Choose whether members can see your email, message you, or find your profile in the member directory.
You can update your profile information anytime!
Do I need social media links to create my Circle profile?
No, you do not need to have Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or other social media links to join the community or complete your Circle profile.
If you do not have social media profiles or channels set up yet, you can leave those fields blank if Circle allows it.
If a field requires a link in order to complete the setup, you can add a placeholder temporarily and update it later once you have your accounts ready.

These links do not need to be active at this stage. They are only used to complete the profile setup, and you can update your information anytime from your Circle profile settings.

How do I navigate around the community?
Our community is organized into different spaces, and you'll find the names of these spaces in the navigation bar to the left. Spaces are where all the action happens, discussions, resources, events, and more!
To navigate around, simply click on one of the spaces in the left navigation bar. Note that some spaces are read-only, while in others you'll be able to publish your own posts.
