Circle Community - Recordings Delayed or Missing
Quick answer: Replays can take up to 24 hours to post after a live session. If it's been longer than that and you still can't find a recording, reach out and we'll look into it.
What to do
Please submit a ticket here: https://support.mikesherrard.com/ providing details of the missing recording and we'll send you the direct link to it. If more than 24 hours have passed since the session and the replay still isn't there, let us know and we'll investigate.
Once you've found it, bookmark the recordings page so it's quicker to get to next time.
