VA Access:
VAs use the main member’s Circle account.
This quick guide explains Circle, Zoom, and homework access for VAs and Business Partners for your Social Agent OS Cohort experience.
VA Access:
VAs use the main member’s Circle account.
- VAs do not receive a separate Circle account.
- VAs do not have access to live Zoom calls.
- To ensure accurate member tracking and progress tracking, VAs should access the training and recordings through the main member’s account.
- Members should share the necessary platform login details with their VA so they can access the training and recordings through the member’s account.
Business Partner Access
Business Partners receive their own Circle account.
- They will receive an email to create their Circle account.
- Business Partners can access the live Zoom calls.
Homework
Only one homework submission per enrollment/business is required.
- The main member submits the homework.
- The Business Partner does not need to submit a separate homework assignment.
Access Requests
- If a Business Partner has requested access and has not yet received an invitation, please submit a support ticket so our team can review the request and provide access as soon as possible!
- If access is still pending, please allow time for the request to be processed.
